Beneficiaries: To his sister, Joan Pugh, £20 of money he has in mortgages on the tenements and lands of Henry Prosser, William Powell, Henry Lewis, William Higgins and the late Mary Jones and the money due to him from the lands of his uncle Thomas Perrott, all in the township of Craswall. Joan is also to have 40/- p.a. from £20 apiece given to his nephews William and James Perrott
To Mary and Hannah, daughters of his brother William, £20 each.
To Anne, the daughter of William, the interest on £20 for her lifetime.
To Michael, son of the testator's brother, John Perrott, £20 together with £5 for an apprenticeship.
To Samuel Watkins of Craswall, labourer, 40/-.
To William Miles of Craswall, tailor, 20/-.
To Mary Price of Craswall, spinster, 20/-
To Elizabeth Symonds of Craswall, spinster, 5/-
To Joseph Prosser of Cwmyoy, Monmouthshire, tailor, 20/-
To his cousin John Perrott the rent of the messuage where he lives upon paying the Lord of the Manor the reserved rent and 9/- to his nephew, James Perrott. On the death of John Perrott the messuage is to go to James
The testator gives £20 for the support of continual 'services or sermons at the new chappell at Longtown.'
To Anne, daughter of his brother James, £10.
To Alice, daughter of Joan Jones of Michaelchurch Escley, £5.
After the death of the testator's wife, Alice, he leaves the clock in his house to Elinor, wife of Samuell Powell of Newon, yeoman.
Residual legatee, the testator's wife, Alice.

Executors: Job Gilbert, gent and Robert Shaw of Michaelchurch Escley, yeoman.

Documents include a bond showing that Job Gilbert and Robert Shaw renounced the executorship which was undertaken by the testator's sister Joan Pugh. 6 documents in all.
