Observations:

This set of documents was one of the worst preserved of any we dealt with, but fortunately not too much of importance was lost. It was unusual to find an inventory at such a late date; a mortgage of £400 formed the bulk of the value. The testator's death was recorded as 4 March 1853 . A total of 4 documents.
