Beneficiaries: To his son, Walter Powell, two leasehold premises held from Lord Abergavenny. The marriage settlement of his son Lewis Powell had obliged the testator to give him £20 in his will, but Lewis has died, therefore, the testator gives the sum to Walter together with 48/- which Lewis had owed him.
To his daughter, Sarah, wife of Abraham Powell, £5 to be paid at the rate of 50/- per year
To son, Walter, £5.
To the children of his daughter, Jane, 2/6d each.

Executor: his son, Walter Powell

Witnesses: Ben: Gilbert, John James and James Gilbert.
