Beneficiaries: To his brother, John Powell and his wife Blanch, all his land in Llanveynoe. After their death it is to go to his nephew, Edwin Powell, but it is charged with the payment of £60 10 0d to the testator's nephew John Powell and £10 10 0d to his nephew William Powell.
To his niece, Eliza Powell, £25. The legacies payable one year after the death of John and Blanch Powell.
£100 is to be divided equally between the testator's sister's children [ no number or names of children].
To his brother, Thomas Powell, £4 p.a. and after his death the sum of £80 to be equally divided between William, Edwin and Eliza Powell.

Executors: his brother John and nephew Edwin Powell.

Signed by the testator.

Witnesses: James Parry, William Watkins and Ann Parry.

2. Inventory: None but effects recorded as being under £300.

 

 

Observations:

The testator is reported to have died on 22 April 1850 . The business of probate seems to have taken place at Bacton. 4 documents in all.
