Beneficiaries: To Elinor, his wife, the messuage and lands now inhabited by John Thomas, which the testator had lately bought from him, in Craswall. A condition is that Elinor pays to his 'deare father', Thomas Rogers, £26.
If his wife is with child, then half the property is to go to the child at the age of 21 and the other half after his wife's death. Otherwise on his wife's death, after the death of the testator's father, half the messuage is to go to his 'deare mother'.
He mentions the mill adjoining the messuage, the yearly rent of which (eight pounds[?]) is to go to his father.
To Elizabeth, daughter of John Symonds of Eaton Bishop, 50/-.
To Isabel, second daughter of John Symonds, 50/- and the same to her sisters Anne and Mary, 'which said sums of money were given me by my grandfather, John Symonds', and are now in the hands of Frances, wife of John Symonds the younger, and mother of the said children.

Executrix: his wife, Elinor Rogers.
