His friends James Watkins and George Hughes appointed to be his trustees. They are to have £5 each for their trouble.
Beneficiaries: To his wife, Mary, his part of the household goods during her lifetime, 'and afterwards for the boy William Symonds'.
His trustees to sell his stock, implements and crops; from the money arising from the sale they are to pay all his debts, funeral and testamentary expenses. The interest on the surplus is to be used by his wife.
On his wife's death, £10 is to go to Hannah Evans, if she survives to 21, if not the money is to go with the rest of the surplus to his niece, Elizabeth Symonds.
To his wife, Mary, for her use, all his lands called Pull[Pwll?]-Matog-cae Mawr and William Davis' Land and the house and garden and the Crossway in Craswall. After her death it is to go to his kinsman, William Symonds, now living with him.

Executors: his wife, Mary and his friend, James Watkins.
