To James Nicholls and Howell Nicholls, one lease held under the Priory of Abergavenny [two words undecipherable] and being in the parish of Llanellenin the county of Monmouthnow in the tenure of and occupation of Watkyn William for and towards the 'payment and dischargement of my debts as farrforth as the said leas shall extend viz; to the persons underwritten'
To his executors all goods cattle and chattels whatsoever he owned for and towards the'dischargement of my debts'
