Beneficiaries: The leasehold house and lands that I now dwell in, and all my stock of cattle, horses and sheep, chattels, household stuff and all my substance of whatever kind to my wife Elizabeth to her own disposal to give to who she will; to son John Anthony the residue from payment of debts; to daughter Ann Frances two pounds a year after the decease of wife Elizabeth; to daughter Jane Watkins five pounds to keep for her son David Watkins two years after the decease of wife.                                              .
