Beneficiaries: To my loving wife Margaret the messuage or tenement and lands wherein I now dwell which I hold by lease under Thomas Smith Esq. while she lives a widow, and that after her marriage with any other person the said property shall be to my son [?Rees] Prosser upon payment of certain legacies to James Prosser, eldest son, Abraham Prosser, second son, and Sarah Prosser, daughter. Other bequests are to son Abraham and daughter Martha, with the balance of the personal estate to wife Margaret for her to dispose of between the three youngest children at her discretion.
