Beneficiaries: To Mary James my dear wife lands called Tyr Ynon with the cottage situate in the township of Craswall purchased of Lewis Watkins of the parish of Cusop. Specified household goods and other effects to wife Mary, and after her decease to grandchildren, the children of my two sons Phillipp and Thomas James.
