The bequest is subject to Richard Watkins discharging various bequests to: the children [not named] of my nephew Thomas Watkins of the Merddy lately deceased; nephew John Watkins of the City of London; Hannah [? surname obscured], niece; the children [not named] of Mary my niece lately deceased the first wife of William Prosser; Elizabeth Williams of the parish of Ewias Harrold the wife of William Williams.
Also, to Thomas Watkins, the eldest son of my nephew Daniel Watkins lately deceased, all the freehold estate called Tyr Gronow in the parish of Michaelchurch Eskley, subject to discharging bequests to his brothers Edward and Richard and his sisters Elizabeth, Anne, Maryanne, and Catherine.
Also to John Watkins, nephew, son of Lewis Watkins, all the freehold estate and copyhold lands called Wern Wen in Craswall, subject to his discharging various bequests to his brother David Watkins my nephew and his sistersAnne and Catherine my nieces
