Beneficiaries: To my daughter Elizabeth Watkins my freehold cottage and the old house and meadow of leasehold and the gardens and plocks thereunto belonging now in my possession called the Yat or Gate at the bottom of the Keven Hill in the township of Craswall, and the plock over the road in the parish of Michaelchurch Escley, and also all other possessions.
