Beneficiaries: To her friend, James Jones of Craswall, all her leasehold estate in Craswall known as The Neve, now in her occupation. James Jones to pay the Chief Rent, keep the buildings in repair and not to sell or mortgage any part of the premises. On his death the property to go to her brother, James Jones of Mockes [Moccas?] then to his son, Samuel Jones.
To her two nephews, Samuel and Daniel Jones, sons of her brother Daniel, 20/- each.
To her three nieces, Anne, Elizabeth and Mary,daughters of her brother Daniel, 20/- each
To sister in law, Anne Jones, widow of brother Daniel, 20/-
To Margaret Meredith, daughter of John Barnaby 40/- and also to John, son of John Barnaby, 40/-
To Hanah, wife of David Johnson, 10/6d and the same sum to John, son of Samuel Morgan, mason.
To niece, Hanah, daughter of John Barnaby, various household goods.
To her sister, Anne, wife of John Barnaby, the rest of her estate, 'together with my wearing apparel which I order them to have immediately after my funeral.'

Executors: James Jones and John Barnaby of Ewyas Harold.

Witnesses: John Beavan, Richard Watkins and David Gwynn.

Date of Probate: 29 May1800.
