1. Will dated 13 February 1804 .
Beneficiaries
To dear wife, Mary Newman, the two dwellings under one roof with garden orchard and appurtenances at Millhalf in the parish of Witney and also the cottage and lands in Cusop subject to the lease together with all household furniture, wearing apparel, stock, crops, money and securities which shall be due by bond, note or other security.
the properties at Millhalf are to go to stepson Thomas Jenkins, now out of the kingdom, 'if he returns to hold to my wife during her natural life'.
On wife's death what remains to pass to Mary Parry, the wife's daughter by a former husband, John Jenkins.
