(2) William Griffith of Foothog, par Comyoy, co Heref, yeoman
A messuage called Tyeer Coed Yeeoss (Ewyas?) with barns, edifices, etc, belonging, of 54 acres, lying in Foothog, lately held of John Nicholas by lease from (1)’s predecessors and now in the tenure of Mary, widow of John Nicholas (boundaries given) except a little cott and the lands adjoining (boundaries given) and in the occupation of Mary Nicholas.
For the lives of Gwenlyan wife of (2) aged 50, William Griffith of Foothog, nephew of (2) by Phillip Griffith his brother, aged 32, and Samuel Williams, son of Nicholas Williams of Foothog by Joan his wife, aged 7.
Rent 3/4d with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.
