Notice in the May 2nd 1835 edition of the Royal Cornwall Gazette of the bankruptcy of Thomas Daniell of Michaelchurch Court

 

 

The same edition of the newspaper contains a public notice dated April 24th 1835 announcing the award and issue of a Fiat in Bankruptcy against Thomas Daniell, requiring him to surrender to the Commissioners in Truro to make full disclosure of his estate and effects, and requesting creditors to come prepared to prove their debts and to appoint assignees.
