Description:
[No date, but included among undated deeds mainly of the 13th century]. Feoffment by Robert son of John to David son of David ap Adam, for 10s. beforehand, of ½ acre of land in the fee of Neutone [Newton] in the lordship of the prior of Llantony Prima (Lantonie prime) in the fee of Ewyas Lacy, etc; rent 3d. at Michaelmas for all service, save the service of the chief lord for so much free land, and 6d. for a heriot.
