Image of newspaper cutting dated 20 October 1866 describing a number of properties for sale including; a dwelling house and parcels of land of about 40 acres in Michaelchurch Escley in the occupations of Thomas Williams, Gigfern, Miss Rawson Michaelchurch Court Estate, Thomas Smith Upper House and David Watkins, the Wern; 17 acres of land in Michaelchurch Escley and Newton in the occupation of David Watkins, the Wern; buildings and about 53 acres of land in Newton, now in the occupation of James Farr; 5 acres of land in Llanveynoe in the occupation of Mrs Woodcock; 10 acres of land in Crasswall now held with the Coed Farm; a dwelling house and garden in Ewyas Harold occupied by George Jennings.
