Papers concerning the Llanvihangel estate acquired by the Hon Edw. Harley of Aywood from Nicholas Arnold in 1720.
Parts of the lands were settled in jointure on Arnold's mother, Margaret who had married as her second husband John Dutton Colt. These settled lands lay intermixed with the others and caused difficulties in making particulars etc.
Packet includes - draft and copies of agreement concerning the jointure lands, particular valuations, correspondence and sketch maps 1705.
