1. Will dated 29 June 1665 .

Beneficiaries: To The Cathedral
church of St Davids , £6
To son, William, my best [hole and indecipherable] and the table in the hall and benches belonging to it.
To wife, Elizabeth, all the rest of the household stuff to dispose of it at her discretion, before or at her death between the three children [fold] Watkine, Thomas and Sara.
To Watkine, son £7 to be paid within 2 years after death of testator.
To Thomas, son, £7 to be paid within 3 years after death of testator.
To Sara, daughter, £16 to be paid one year after death of testator.
Elizabeth, Wife is to permit son, William, 'quietly and peaceably to enjoy' one half of the house, barns and outhouses and one half of the fruits of the orchard and no one else or take of my said sonne William [undeciphable] thereof ten pounde yearely quarterly payd her toward her maintenance'.
All the rest of the estate except the corn growing beyond the lawn to William to the payment of debts. [Creditors are listed as Richard John Bevan, by bond, £65; Walter Watkin, £5; Walter Thomas Wiliam ,40/-; Walter Jo [unreadable], 40/-; James Gilbert, 20/-

16 September 1665 , value £63 15 0d .Appraisers Jo Gabb, Charles Baynam, Thomas Prosser & John Phillipps [ the inventory does not give a total value; the indexer has added it up. It does show his debts as £74 but the total from the will should be £75.]

Includes a Bond dated 23 October 1665 with bounden William Powell and Philp Price.
