Beneficiaries: To wife, Mary Phillips, the cottage and lands etc in
Lower Mescoed held by lease from the Earl of Abergavenny, currently in the possession of tenant Simon Morgan, for the unexpired years and lives. As well as all the remainder of his estate of whatever nature.

Witnesses: John Morgan, shoemaker, William Price of Cwmyoy & [?] Gilbert.
