1. Will [2pages] dated 31 December 1697 with:

Beneficiaries: To Wife, Christian, all goods, cattle and chattels and all real and freehold estate, on condition she pay the interest of a £67 debt. The principle to be repaid on Christian's death by nephew, Walter Baynam the younger who is to inherit.

Executrix: Wife, Christian Baynam.

Witnesses: James Scudamore, cler ,Thomas
Prichard & John Pugh

Date of Probate: 3 April 1698 .

Observations:

NLW has included with this these documents a deposition marked X which from the early words, '….this deponent saw the testatrix Ann Williams sett her mark to her last will and testament..', indicates it is a stray and not part of the probate of Walter Baynam.

Includes a separate cover sheet plus the stray. 4 pages in all.
