a) Conveyance.
3 February 1913 .
(1) Mr D.A. Davies of Brecon, gentleman. And
(2) Rachel Howells of Silver Tump , Llanveynoe , widow of the other part.
In consideration of £200 purchase money to D.A. Davies paid by Rachel Howells, he conveys all that messuage with several parcels of land measuring 19 acres 2 roods and 21 perches called Tyr Frank situated in the
Forest of Olchon , Llanveynoe , now in the occupation of William David Bevan .

b) Statutory Mortgage.
6 February 1913
Mrs Rachel Howells to Mr R.T. Griffiths to secure £25 and interest.

Property involved Tyr Frank, Silver Tump , Moodwall and The Noyadd , all in Llanveynoe .
