Mr Richard Williams to Mr Thomas James.

Richard Williams takes on the share for £40 of Moodwall in the Forest of Olchon long since in the tenure of James Williams, lately, before 1815 of Thomas Evans, since of Charles Williams, afterwards Charles his son and now of James Lloyd. Also "that dwelling house wherein Noah Barnaby did long since once dwell" and since occupied by John Williams, Samuel Williams and James Watkins. All lying in the
township of Llanveynoe and now occupied by James Lloyd. Also the dwelling house where James Harris and Catherine his wife did formerly dwell. Also a parcel of land contiguous to the dwelling which were purchased of James Jones by James Harris, all in Craswall and known as The Tump .
