Between the Rev John Howells, Longtown Baptist Minister and James Watkins of The Firs, Olchon ; James Pritchard of New House, Olchon , Farmer; Thomas Phillips of Canton, Cardiff, Glamorganshire, Baptist Minister; John Symonds , the younger, yeoman; David Watkins of Upper Blaen , Olchon , Farmer; Trustees of the Particular or Calvinistic Baptist Chapel in Llanveynoe .
Property: 'All that piece of ground on the side of the parish road leading from Longtown to Olchon …on which said piece or parcel of land a Chapel or Meeting House has been erected…' and the said land attached thereto for burial ground.
The Meeting House is now known by the name of Salem Baptist Chapel, Olchon
