An inquisition by Wm Pateshall, Coroner. Jurors - Henry Harris, John Price, Thomas Penry, Thomas Williams, Philip Morgan, John Hale, George Anthony, James Price, Jacob Davies, Samuel Thomas, Wm Prosser, Wm Symmons.
Said that Horatio Pembridge…four years or thereabouts on the 4th day of March…accidentally…fell into a certain well situate in a certain yard at a place called Revenhow [?].
