Description:

Image of newspaper cutting dated 20 May 1837 advertising the sale by auction by Mr Pritchard of a freehold estate called Llanveyno, previously two farms, with two farm houses, outbuildings and about 133 acres including orchards; and of a freehold dwelling called The Chapel House in Longtown, with stable, garden and three pieces of land, about 10 acres. Both lots have right of common on adjacent hills; a ‘trifling’ tithe is payable and excellent building and paving stone is said to be available on both lots.
