In consideration of the sum of 5s paid by Joan Gwillim, Philip Price sells a cottage called Lower Mudwall in Llanveynoe in the occupation of Philip Price or his undertenants.

The property was lately purchased by Philip Price from Walter Jeffreys Esq and was lately part of the Herefordshire Estate of John Jeffreys Esq and bought by Walter Jeffreys as heir at law.

Witnesses Arthur Lewis and Edward Allen.

Observations:

This Lease will have been immediately followed by a Release to legally effect the sale.
