To daughter Elenor, £10 'if she will follow the council of her mother and her brother. And the said Elenor most[must] [undecipherable word] a chamber during the term she shashable[?] unmarried in some place in the house'.
To wife, Jayne Symond and Symond John Phillip, son, all the rest of the goods cattle and chattels to be equally divided between them; all debts and funeral expenses being paid,
'I give and bequeath the chamber next the son to Jayne my wife for her lifetime'.
