Beneficiaries: To his wife, Jaine , [see BR/1671/24]] 'five pcills [parcels] of arable lands, wood and pasture, commonly called Leiftenant Protherroughs lands', including one called Cae Maure , one called Cae Maiue , one called Cae glas , and one called sayden hir , on the highway from Longtown towards Llanveynoe on the south west.
To his son, James, all the rest of his freehold land he paying £20 to each of the other three children, Richard, Marrie and Sible .
