Beneficiaries: To brother, Noah and his lawful heirs, the messuage and lands where the testator dwells plus another tenement where Noah Griffith lives .Failing the production of 'lawful Issue' the estate is to go to brother, Samuel Jenkins.
Also to brother Samuel, '
four score and fifteen pounds… being money which my sister Ruth did give and bequeath' the testator. The £95 being paid out of a mortgage on her tenement and lands in the occupation of Francis Smith.
