Beneficiaries: His wife Johan, a new bed and appurtenances plus the rents etc from his freehold lands in Llanveynoe and Craswall . And the use and profit of all his goods and chattels between his three children Nathan, Thomas and Hanah jointly to 'their maintenance and .educacon ' until Nathan attains 21 when he is to have the freehold lands etc in Craswall . Nathan paying £40 to son Thomas when he reaches 21.
His messuage and tenement etc in Llanveynoe is left to his younger children Thomas and Hanah .
When Wife Johan dies the testator's goods and chattels to pass to Thomas and Hanah with his 'freelands in Llanveynoe passing to Nathan if he is 21, with the proviso that if Nathan marries before the age of 24 without the consent of George Parry, Thomas Parry, Sible Price, Elizabeth Rogers and Margery Lewis [uncles and aunts] then the estates in Llanveynoe were forfeited to Thomas.
Margery Lewis, his sister, to be his children's guardian during their minority and to receive £1 pa. for so doing.
To the poor of Llanveynoe 'three sheep'
