Beneficiaries
All his possessions bequeathed to his executors in trust to be disposed of as directed.
To Sarah Barret , his servant £60 and various items of furniture [described in detail] provided she remain with him for the remainder of his life. Should she leave his employ then all her legacy is void.
His nephew Howell Howells residuary legatee.

Executors: his nehew Howell Howells and John Farr of the Middle Cwm , Llanveynoe .

Witnesses: Charles Probert , clerk, and William Winston.
