Beneficiaries: To Catherine, his wife, the messuage , tenement and land where the testator dwells for her life time, provided she remains unmarried. On her death or remarriage the estate to pass to son, John, subject to John paying his brother James Parry, £40. Should James have died, then, the £40 is to be paid to the children of James.
His wife Catherine is to have his personal estate and may dispose of it, by will or otherwise, between John and James.

Executrix: .Catherine, his wife.

Witnesses: John Gilbert, Arnold George and John Farr.
