Beneficiaries: 'To my deare and lovinge friend and neighbour Charles Nicholl of Llanveynoe , yeoman', all her Messuage in Llanveynoe by virtue of a lease formerly granted by one David Thomas William Madocke , late of Llanveynoe , deceased'.
To her 'servant Mayde ' Jane Prichard £10 also £5 due by specialty from William Rees Lewis of Llanveynoe , plus household goods [specified].
To Anne, daughter of the said Charles Nicholls and to Jane Prichard, her servant, all her household stuff to be divided between them.
Also '5/- towards the Glazeing of the
North Wyndow of the Chappell of Llanveynoe '. Various other bequests to Mary the wife of David Price, Margaret the wife of Nicholas Harry of Longtown, husbandman.
To Howell Prichard, brother of her said servant 'a payre of Harrowes '.
To John Prichard, two sheep.
To John Nicholl , son of Charles Nicholl , a cow.
To Charles another son of Charles Nicholl , "a Whyte Cowe ".
To John Williams, son of John Williams of Llanveynoe , deceased. To John Gilbert, son of Lewis Gilbert of Llanveynoe . To David Lewis, son of Thomas Lewis, late of Olchon , deceased, various small bequestsof sheep.
To Stephen, son of John William Watkyne of Llanveynoe twenty shillings, which the latter owed her.
To David Nicholl , one of the other sons of Charles Nicholl £5.
The residual legatee is Charles Nicholl .

Observations:

Number of documents 9. Two of these are depositions by two of the witnesses, Thomas Lewis, husbandman and James Nicholls, husbandman. They describe how they were called to Jane Gunter's house by Charles Nicholls to witness the will on the 17 April 1674 . Part of the latter deposition is missing.
