Beneficiaries: He mentions three leases:
A. 1 November 1672, between Thomas Wydham [ Wyndam /
Windham ] of Somerset , Esq and David Thomas of Clodock , yeoman
B. 31 August 1709 between John Jeffreys of St Mary Axe,
London , Esq and Jenkine Mile and Anne his wife, since conveyed to him, Thomas David.
C.
1 November 1680 between John Williams of Pontrilas , Esq and Anne his wife and David Thomas of Llanveynoe , yeoman. All the above leases were bequeathed to his wife, Mary, for her lifetime if she remains a widow if she remarries or on her death David his eldest son inherits on condition he pays £30 to any younger siblings.
Should David not survive his mother, then the estate is to pass to the testator's younger son James.
