To wife, Blanch David, 4 oxen, one bullock, 5 kine, 2 three year old heifers, 2 two year old heifers, one two year old bull, 4 calves, 12 lambs, one wether, 5 hoggs, one swine, one mare and all sorts of poultry. Also a mansion or dwelling house in Clydob in Monmouthshire in the parish of Gressmond [Grosmont?] called y Neyeth with all its associated land, for her lifetime if she remains unmarried, together with all corn and grain either growing or in the barnsl
Also to Blanch, the interest on 3 score pounds due by bond 'upon certain persons as by the said bonds it may appear during her widowhood'. Eventually the £60 is to be divided equally between grandson, Bottcott Powell and granddaughters Mary and Jane daughters of Howell Thomas, son.
To Blanch all household stuff for her life and then to be divided between Botcott, Jane and Mary.
