Beneficiaries: To her daughter Mary Prichard, spinster, two pieces of land in Llanveynoe now let to her son Philip Prichard, and also the cottage in which Anne now lives.
After Mary's death the property to be divided between Philip Prichard, the children of Richard Prichard by her daughter Jane, the children of William Powel by her daughter Elizabeth, and Ann the wife of James Gilbert. To her daughter Mary the interest on the sum of £122 owed her by John Price of Longtown, gent. The said sum to remain with John Price during her daughter's life, then be equally divided between her grandchildren; allowing to William, the son of William Powel, £20 more than the others "for his Trouble of Looking after my said daughter Mary". To Mary all her household goods and any money not previously disposed of except the sum due from her husband's will and the sum of £20 in the hands of David Propert [Probert?] which was to be laid out for her [the deceased's] funeral.

William Powel, junior, her grandson, to be the executor of her will.
