Beneficiaries: To Ann his wife a messuage or cottage in the
village of Llanveynoe purchased from John Price, shoemaker, and two closes of land purchased from Phillip Parry, yeoman. After Ann's death to go to his daughter Mary Prichard, and on her death to be equally divided between his son Phillip Prichard and his daughter Elizabeth Powel. To Ann and Jane Prichard the sum of five shillings. The residue to his wife, and after her death to be equally divided between his sons and daughters. Ann,

His wife to be executrix.

Observations:

Number of documents 5. Much of the value of the inventory lies in the mortgages, one of £80 "on the lands of John Parry, Cordwainer" and one of £27 "on the House and Lands of James Barrell".
