Beneficiaries: To Juane his daughter £3 after the death of his wife, Elisabeth. To Jane his daughter £4 after the death of his wife, and one cow and various other household goods. To Jane William one lamb, to "Fransees" William two lambs. To Simond David his son "one grey mare and a colt in consideration of the payment of 20/- and their use unto Jane Gunter". To his son Simond one plough, husbandry tools and household goods. All in his possession to his son Simond on the death of his wife, who is the residual legatee.

Number of documents 3, including Bond dated 22 June 1670 with bounden Elizabeth Samuel of Clodock, widow and Symon Samuel of the same, yeoman in the sum of £20 confirming Elizabeth Samuel as executrix of her husband's estate.
