30 September 1670 , purchased from Thomas Windam [Wyndham] Esq. After her death to go to his son James Watkines. All his household goods to Elinor.
To Jaine Watkines his youngest daughter, £5.
The residue of his estate to his son James and his eldest daughter Anne, towards the paying of debts and legacies.

Son James and eldest daughter Anne to be joint executors.

Signed by testator.

Witnesses: James Watkines, David Meredith, James Nicholls

29 March 1683 , value £115 13 8d. Appraisers: John Watkines, James Watkines, David Meredith and James Nicholls.

 

 

Observations:

Number of documents 4. The inventory includes "twenty acres of lent graine newly soude" which confirms the suspicion that lent corn was indeed sown in Lent.
Documents include a bond dated
28 April 1683 with bounden James Watkins and Anne Watkins, spinster, both of Llanveynoe in a surety of £200, confirming them as executors.
