Beneficiaries: To his natural son, John Nicholls, 'now living with me', his messuage called the Turnant in Llanveynoe, subject to the sum of £650 due from the testator to David Lewis of Abergavenny, victualler, and secured by a mortgage on the Turnant and Coed Robin, with the intention that the entire mortgage shall be payable out of the Turnant alone. Also payable out of the Turnant is a bequest of £200 to his daughter Anne, wife of William Williams of Llanveynoe, farmer, for her own separate use.
To his son James Nicholls his messuage and farm called Coed Robin in Michaelchurch Eskley, exempt from the said mortgage of £650, but charged with the payment of £500 which is to be given to his natural son John.
The residual legatees are sons John and James, in equal shares

Sons John and James are to be executors.
