Beneficiaries: £100 to his son William Price after the death of the testators wife, Anne, also the messuage and land in Llanveynoe lately purchased from Thomas Powell and his wife Hannah, but to pay the mortgage on it.
To William two cows and one mare, and the rest of his livestock to his son James. Residual legatee to be his wife Anne, and after her death to be equally divided between his sons James and William.
Anne and his son James to be joint executors.

In the Will he mentions a settlement made at the time of his marriage which charges his estate with £100 for his younger children.
