church of St David £6. One lease purchased from Thomas Wyndham, Esq, dated 30 September 1669 unto his son, John. Another lease dated 12 May 1634 purchased from Henry Neville, Lord Abergavenny to any unborn child, or unto his son John if none there be. To his now heir, son William, his best bedstead, tableboards and houseboards and benches. The rest of his household stuff and instruments of husbandry to his wife Elizabeth, then to his son John and the possible unborn child equally.

Elizabeth his wife to be sole executrix and residual legatee. His brother Thomas Prosser, and James Nicholls his brother-in-law to be overseers of his will.

Observations:

Number of documents 3, including a Bond dated 19 August 1676 with bounden Elizabeth Prosser of Llanveynoe, widow and William Powell of the same place in the sum of £100 confirming Elizabeth Prosser executrix of the estate.
