Beneficiaries: 2/- to the parish
church of Clodock , where he asks to be buried.
He gives his tenement and a parcel of land called Cae yr Ithyn, in Llanveynoe, containing six acres lately in the tenure of David Thomas, his deceased brother, to his son Thomas.
To his three daughters, Johan,
Elizabeth , and Constance ' three score ' [?] pounds equally.
His livestock to go to his wife Anne, and after her death, to his four children.
To his son Thomas £10.

Anne, his wife, to be sole executrix.

Signed by testator.

30 May 1662 , value £42 2 0d. As an extension to the main inventory there is a list of debts owed the deceased by specialties and desperate debts [£78.6.0.], then one listing, unusually, the debts owed by the testator to others, totalling £11
