Beneficiaries: To Elizabeth his wife several parcels of land called Cae Ithin purchased of Sible Harris and Mary Wanklin. After her death it is to go to his son James Thomas.
£50 to go in equal portions to daughters Eliza, Mary and Jane.
To son Samuel a cottage, garden and croft in Llanveynoe inhabited by Harry John.
Also all his stock to Elizabeth his wife, subject to the payment of £20 to son Samuel and £10 equally divided among his three daughters. His implements of husbandry to wife Elizabeth and after her death to be equally divided between his two sons James and Samuel. Residual estate to his wife

His wife to be executrix.

Mark of testator.

Witnesses: Richard Jones, Daniel Price, John Gilbert.

Date of probate: 16 August 1774 .
