Beneficiaries: To son Thomas Probert all his three freehold estates called Ty Bach, Darren and Ceven, Llanveynoe. "The said Cefen have been formerly a publick house". To son Thomas all implements of husbandry subject to the payment of the following legacies. To his daughter Elizabeth Probert £315 out of his three estates, together with all his livestock and the residue of his estate.

Elizabeth to be executrix.
