Beneficiaries: To his wife Mary his freehold estate in Llanveynoe and, after her death, to his eldest son William. Also all the leasehold lands adjoining to go to his wife and then to his son William. Also all his other Messuage and lands at Warr y Cae in the township of Longtown, now in the possession of tenant James Jones, to his wife and then to his son John, subject to the payment of several legacies, as follows. To son William £10, to son David £20, to son James £3 and to daughter Ann Prichard £15. To daughter Elizabeth Griffiths £12. Household stuff and furniture to his wife, then to be equally divided between his two daughters, except for a bed to his son David. The residue of his personal and Real Estate to his son John.

Son, John, is to be his executor.
