Beneficiaries: To wife Catherine the house and lands where he now dwells, together with all his goods. After her death, his eldest son William is to inherit everything, subject to certain payments, such as portions to his brothers and sisters, of £150 to David, £100 to John, £80 to Catherine, and £80 to Mary. £40 to the four children of his late daughter Sarah, or £10 each. All the money to be raised by means of a mortgage on his property.
If his wife dies, daughter Mary's education and maintenance to be the responsibility of his son William.
Residual legatee is his wife, Catherine.

Mr John Parry of Tuy Kenol in Cwmyoy, farmer, to be the executor.

Witnesses: Walter Asland, Jacob Davies, John Nichols.

Observations: 

Number of documents 10, including a renunciation of the executorship by Mr John Parry, in favour of the wife,Catherine; a Bond dated 8 November 1833 with bounden Catherine Williams of Clodock, widow, David Williams of the same, farmer and John Roberts of Michaelchurch Eskley, farmer in the sum of £200.
