Beneficiaries: To the poor persons present at his funeral, £5.
To Elizabeth, his wife, 6 parcels of freehold land called Teer Springing in Llanveynoe until his son, John Price, becomes 21. If
Elizabeth re-marries, or dies beforehand, then the property is to go to his brother William until his son John becomes of age.
Under his marriage settlement he was to have £200 on the death of his mother-in-law, Elizabeth Price, which sum he leaves to any un-born child his wife may be carrying, and to his wife towards the maintenance and education of such child. William Price, his brother, is bequeathed the guardianship and tuition of the child.
To
Elizabeth his cattle and grain and a moiety of his household and husbandry goods.

William Price to be overseer of his will, and his wife Elizabeth and son John to be joint executors.
